If you're near an ASOP terminal (other terminals don't seem to fix it) go to third person F4, and double click on the terminal screen. Then you'll get your mouse control back.

Go to menu with all party members. Disband the party. (optional to be extra sure: unfriend everyone and refriend - usually not needed). Reform the party and launch into the verse together.

Don't See Any Supply Or Die Priority Missions

Travel to Pyro (any planet or Station except Stanton Gateway should work) - take and succeed any mercenary mission of the faction you want to support (CFP or headhunters) - this fixes your reputation and allows the SoD missions to show up

Store your ship using an ASOP terminal and then retrieve it. This refreshes the ship state and restores the cargo. To prevent this issue, always store your cargo ship via an ASOP terminal before refinery pickup.
